Hi Yvonne,
  I don't know if these are available, but I was at Eastern States 
Balloon Symposium this last week and we worked with Graham and his Rouse 
System stars (other system parts too) and one guy I was talking to used 
the stars in pools all the time. He said that they worked really good. 
The systems that Graham has are incredible.  I loved them!!!  I actually 
helped build a palm tree taller than me (5'6") that looked really cool.
  What an incredible experience,  Grace Kirkwood should have a big round 
of applause for a job well done. I've never been to IBAC, but this was 
fantastic and the instructors were very warm hearted and very generous 
as far as the knowledge they shared with us.
  By the way, we worked alot with BSA there and they were great, good 
quality and easy on the fingers as far as I could tell.  I've only ever 
worked with Qualatex before and I liked BSA alot too.
