Hi Ange,

This is Wynn and Lindy.  We have used an STP product called Sonof a Gun. It 
is similar to ArmorAll, but we have found that it never seems to cause any 
problems with the balloons.  We also wash metal frames with it if balloons 
are going to be wrapped on the frame.  

If you want to use HiFloat as a shining agent, mix 1 part Hi Flaot with 2 
parts water and wash the balloon with it and allow to dry.  A fan helps the 
drying.  This will keep a balloon stay shiny until it deflates.  But it 
really only works on balloons that have been stuffed with gifts.  

Once again, though, EXPERIMENT!!!!!!!  There is no substitute for trying 
things on your own until you get it down to suit you.
