They can charge you for an entire city;area or'route within the city' at their first class rate of .33cents for the total delivery points of the entire city, area or 'route within the city' depending on the area they have samples of your flyer from. postal people are trained to remove any and all items from mail boxes and return them to their supervisors daily. Could be a very expensive lesson to learn especially since there are better ways to promote your business. If you litter a persons private property;parking lots, etc. you could possibly be faced with a fine from the city.Do you like to pick up unwanted circulars out of your yard? I don't. u.s.postal worker and clown(I'm the REAL CLOWN at the post office in Odessa,TEXAS -----Original Message----- To: LPBuyer@aol.com <LPBuyer@aol.com>; Partydesigns911@aol.com <Partydesigns911@aol.com>; balloondeco@balloonhq.com <balloondeco@balloonhq.com> Date: Sunday, November 12, 2000 8:35 PM Subject: Re: Warning for passing out flyers >One thing you didn't mention.
