I don't believe they use commission junction which allows any commisions to
be worked out automatically.

So for example if we (in the UK) have an order for the states the user goes
to the site in the states and orders direct and x% commision is added to our
commision junction account.

if then the usa company has an order for the UK we pay them commision direct
through cj so it all works automatically and by a third party so no-one can
fiddle it.
