Business philosophy is important also.  Do both parties want to go in the
same direction.  One can't market exclusively to brides if the other wants
to do only corporate work.  One parameter that we used in another
partnership was money making goal.  Neither could spend on anything that did
not have a foreseeable profit.  A difficult situation if one is a smoker and
the other is not.  Generally neither is very considerate of the other.
