I CAN! I CAN! I CAN Picture it! And it's beautiful!

You need something BIG (because I picture it as a big room) to keep things
in proportion.

How about 3 balloon wreaths, graduating in size, the biggest hung closest to
the ceiling, the mama size in the middle hung lower than papa wreath, and
the baby wreath in the middle hung the lowest. Then install a light at the
top, inside the papa wreath, shining down. All material could flow to the
chandelier.

WAIT!!!! I'm getting another vision.....

Same shape as above, but instead of using balloon wreaths, use 3 pieces of
alum rod to create papa, mama, and baby wreath. THEN hang balloon strings
(single balloons end to end - like link-o-loons - look like pearl strands)
of the same lengths, around the alum rods. Hang the wreaths at the various
levels again. Use the light here too.

What FUN! Good Luck!

But I need help with the specifications of making a chandelier.

I have a decorating job that the customer wants "fabric draping" covering
this 1,500 seating colosseum's ceiling. In the center would be a large
chandelier made of balloons and some lighting.

Can you picture it and do you have any suggestions? I haven't done
anything of this magnitude and would love to be able to do this one.

Please email me privately or to the list
