Subject: another newbie..

hi all! greetings from the philippines! barely 5 months into the balloon
business, i need all the help i can get from all you guys out there that
have all the expertise :-) please excuse petty questions from a newbie...

i have a party to decorate and my client wants me to put floating balloon
clusters to her BIG fish pond. do you guys think it's ok to put balloons
into the pond? won't the fish bite into the balloons? is it safe for the
fish? How can I make the balloons float? Is it just by clustering it and
putting it into the pond or do i need weights or anchors? how can i put it
in in such a way it won't all float to one side?

please help!!!!
