When I had my store, I used a large postcard size (made of thick paper) with my name and phone number in sight and there was a place for the customers message. Many times I was going to revise it, I thought it looked tacky and decided since I received so many calls when I made a delivery, it was better to keep it. I never had any complaints from my customers. When a message was private I used a card with an envelope and my business card attached to it. A tip I used - when attaching the greeting card (since I did not want to put a whole in it), I used a piece of clear tape at the top front of one side of the envelope and brought the tape to the back of the envelope then squeeze together. Use a piece of paper behind the tape and punch a whole in it. Then tie to a piece of ribbon. The card is attached and no holes in the card.
