Subject: "Trade" work

Hello to all on the list,
I was wondering if I could get your "input" on an issue that is
concerning me.
I have been approached by a local radio station in my area (Long
Island) who I have worked with before to do "donation" [although I consider
it "trade"] work. I have agreed to do 40 topiary-style centerpieces, 4
large floor clusters and 2 SOP arches for their cause this year (next month)
My question.....they are nice enough to "give" me "free air time
announcements" in conncection with this event (which is already sold out).
They said that I also could put my company logo on the weights for the
centerpieces.
Since I do have a "custom made" logo for my company, I was wondering if
anyone out there had a nice effect for getting my company name, logo and
phone number on the weight. Also, is there any recommendation for the type
of weight I would be best using.
I plan on using the "metallic cones" ~ Party City carries them retail,
I get mine wholesale from US Balloons. (So you have an idea of what I'm
talking about) /\
I thought to "scan" my logo and company info., onto clear envelope
labels, but wasn't sure if it would "lay right" on the cone shaped weight.
Any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
It's Friday and my brain is cooked! Any input you could give me on this
would be greatly appreciated!
Have a great weekend!
Sandra
