Can you help me?   I have an event that I am to decorate for.  I need to get
tuelle or gossamer, which ever is easiest to work with and most
in-expensive!  I want blue or blue with gold stars!   The client wants to
like cover the ceiling and have the tiny white Christmas lights shine
through.  The place where this event will be has wires throughout so it can
be hung or laid across.

Can you give me some ideas or hints as how to get this accomplished?  I hope
this is making some kind of sense!
