Debbi,

Did you pre-inflate the balloons with air first, release the air, and then hi-float the balloons?  If not, that might have been the problem.

Hi - I'm a new member to the list and new to balloon decor and I have a
question to ask. I have subscribed to both the twister and decor lists
and the information coming to me is just fantastic.

I have a small balloon retail outlet where we inflate the balloons and
the customer collects. Yesterday (about 5.00pm) we helium inflated 40 x
11" Qualatex heart latex balloons with regular hi-float for a customer
who needed the balloons for early this morning. They were down by
11.00pm last night.

Why?
Can anybody help with an explanation so that this doesn't happen again.
It's really costly supplying another 40 balloons at no charge.
