Some alternatives you might want to consider would be wide banners hung
vertically from the roofline of the building -use plastic or other waterproof
fabric. There's a 12" wide wired metallic ribbon from Wildwood that could
be used to create "waves" across the windows or flat building surface.

Could you use wider aluminum tubing to create line figures - maybe even cable
tie lights onto them?

How about adapting plastic exterior decor that is sold everywhere - maybe 20
magenta flamingos out front or 4 big, hot pink snowmen cable tied together in
a
formation? Something that will really stand out in the snow and can just be
altered with spray paint.

10 tall topiaries out of fresh boxwood would work - use painted PVC for the
trunks and accent the globe tops with burgundy and gold ornaments and
ribbons - very classy - add lights for the evening.

Make large figures (using narrow aluminum tubing for inner structure) and
wrap the outside with sheet moss, using monofilament line to hold it onto the
form - can create big green figures that will look like trimmed shrubs - the
Disney World look.

Use large numbers of low cost, large playballs suspended with monofilament
line and have them dangling at different heights all over the front entrance
area of the spa.

I may have gone way off target here, forgive me. I spent my morning
inflating old, brittle 16" balloons that gooped me at least 1/3 of the time
and exploded randomly for another third. It was a real bummer. Life's
little lessons....
