  I have never had a problem with Flower's Inc, in fact I found them to
be outstanding. But $700 shipping, that is a lot of up front money. I
would call and asked to speak to someone in management. Seems to me from
the sound of your order amount and it you prepaid you should have some
power to work the delivery cost out. Such as being billed C.O.D .for the
shipment cost.
