A local bank has asked me to decorate for their 75th Anniversary.  They will
want some cloud nine's, maybe an arch, and something for each teller along
the teller line!  I thought I would ask what great ideas you all might have.

One idea I thought of was to put either play $ or REAL $ in an 11" or 16"
clear latex balloon!
