Folks,

Thank you to everyone who responded to the "Question of Ethics" dilemma. 

For any inquiring minds out there, and anyone facing a similar situation ...  
I did in fact decline the invitation on this project.  I feel very strongly 
that it is inappropriate to bid on a job having been subcontracted in the 
past to the same event.  The invitation to bid which I received reflected no 
desire from the corporation to change balloon companies,  it was simply from 
someone who wanted to see me succeed.
