Due to the response I recieved privately I thought I'd let you all know the 
NACE website is www.nace.net and the national number is 410-997-9055.
As I mentioned before this is a great resource for your balloon business and 
in my chapter we get awesome food at the dinners although they are fairly 
pricey $22 but they almost always include wine(s) and at least three courses.
