My thought was to suggest you attend Dave Metzker's Balloon Basics class on
the first day of IBAC in Chicago in March. Then I noticed you are based in
India. If at all possible, that is still my strong recommendation.  You will
gain YEARS of knowledge in a matter of days by attending IBAC.

However, in the event that a trip to IBAC is not possible, my next best
advice for you is to buy the QBN video tape #1 which will show you the basis
balloon techniques for building column and arches.  You can acquire this
video tape from any distributor of Qualatex balloons. Is there one in India?
If unsure, go to www.qualatex.com  and get the nearest distributor you need
from there. If you don't have any luck there ..... you will find it priced
on the back cover of the price list you requested from me a month ago.
