Important. There is a very good chance that the New England QBN 
WILL NOT hold the IBAC tuition drawing tonight because of the inclement
weather. The records necessary to determine eligibility may not make it to the
meeting from Western Mass. The NEQBN board needs to have those records to
review to award the correct entries into the drawing and we want it to be 100%
accurate.

Meeting will still be held, but there could be changes in the adgenda based on
who shows up.
