Subject: CANCELLED /RESCHEDULED-New England QBN Meeting 

The NEQBN meeting for tonight has been cancelled. Many parts of New England
have very bad road conditions so the officers have decided that this was the
best option.

It is rescheduled for NEXT Monday 1/22/01 same time, same place.

And the IBAC tuition drawing will be held then
