Subject: Gala Award

We at Pioneer Balloon Company would like to congratulate Larry Moss, CBA, and
Royal Sorell, CBA, on their Special Events Magazine Gala Award for Best Balloon
Creation in 2000. Their soccer player sculptures from The Millennium Jam truly
took non-round balloons to new heights. In all, their team used 40,781 non-round
Qualatex latex balloons.

          I was proud to accept the award on their behalf at The Special Events
          2001 Gala Awards in New Orleans, LA, USA, in front of more than 1,000
          event professionals. In addition, IBAC Producer Rocky Toomey, CBA, did
          balloon decor for the Special Events Gala Awards Celebration.
