I have to agree with Cheryl Rupple's post. I've done this same shades of
colors for an 18th birthday celebration. The debutant doesn't want to stick
with the usual blue and silver motiff color so she decided to add pearl
burgundy along with the sapphire blue and silver balloons to add a twist to
her debut. Those colors look good together. In fact, it looked elegant.
So we proceeded with the work and once it was done, it did look like the
usual red, blue and silver (white) flag. It felt like the American Flag
(even if I'm from the Philippines). The debutant was glad with it and it
was her choice anyway but personally, I wasn't really that happy with the
combination for the occasion being celebrated.
Well, these are just opinions coming from me (and Cheryl as well) who have
made use of those set of colors.
Good Luck!
