hi there!

i would just like to ask how you guys handle these type of situations.

i have a client who's wedding is going to be on january 2002.  the bride is
currently asking me as to how much i charge for balloon releases.  i can
give her a quotation for that but what i'm worried of is that the price of
helium and balloon might increase by next year.

is it ok if i quote her now and indicate that the prices quoted are as of a
certain date and the rates may change depending on the rates of the helium
and balloon by year 2002?

i need any advice here.
