Debbie,

Just some ideas...and some alternatives:

* Hand them out un-inflated! - (LOL)  probably not what you had in mind but
real efficient!
* Do you have an enclosed trailer you could pull or rent-a-truck you could
decorate as part of the parade and have the balloons inside with people to
hand them to you.
* Have helpers at every block come out to meet you and replenish your
supply.
* Hand out 6" air-filled blossem balloons on a stick, with your business
card if the balloon isn't imprinted
* Hand out 4" mylars on a stick, imprinted, or a clear address label stuck
on it.

I need to hand out approximately 2000/3000 balloons at a city parade.  
Approximately 1 1/2 miles long.  I need suggestions on what is the most 
efficient way on doing this.
