Subject: Sand weights and florawrap

	Hi all,

I usually make my weights using sand balloons which I cover with
florawrap. I never feel that the finished result is as neat as it could be
and I saw some while on holiday in a balloon shop in Gibraltar which put
mine to shame.

The problem is in getting the 'neck' of the florawrap to be slim and
to have a sort of 'fluted' effect so that it resembles a small vase. I
usually just put the sand balloon in the middle of a florawrap sheet and
gather the corners and tie either with ribbon or a cable tie but the result
is that the wrap tends to spread out and look a bit bulky. Also, the wrap
does not lie neatly around the balloon. I add a bow to cover the neck.

Am I doing something wrong or is there a special trick to this?
