Subject: CBA testing at IBAC


FYI - Friday, Feb. 13th is the deadline for taking the practical
certification exam for the Certified Balloon Artist designation at IBAC.
The exam will be held March 11 in Chicago. All individuals interested in
taking the CBA exam at IBAC must register in advance by calling Becky
Crisler at 800-803-5308 or 316-682-2266. Prior to taking the exam, you must
have completed and passed the five written exams, turned in five photos of
classic balloon decor with job cost forms, and paid the US$40 certification
fee. All these materials must be turned in to Pioneer Balloon by Friday,
February 13, 1998.

Also, Feb. 20th is the last day to register for IBAC14 before the on-site
registration fee kicks in. Save yourselves US$50 by calling to register
NOW! 1-800-458-4222 or 614-840-0868.

We're getting some "sneak peeks" at the sketches of the competition pieces
that will be entered there and you gotta be there to see them when they're
completed.
