I sit here very contrite, red faced and embarrassed.

I really out my foot in it with that one, didn't I?

It seemed like a good idea at the time, and I didn't stop to think about
what I was doing. A moment of thoughtlessness, followed by a burst of
righteous indignation, and I cause all sorts of problems!

I particularly want to apologise to "the one person who ticked me off for
misusing the list and asking for non balloon related help" - I should never
have reacted like that. You were right and I was wrong.

Sorry also to Mark Balzer and all the others at Balloon HQ who work so hard
and provide such a wonderful resource for misusing it. It won't happen
again - I promise!

Please, everyone, accept my apologies, and at the same time, my very good
wishes for a great Christmas and a happy and prosperous new year.
