At the Allstar I took a class in personalization. One neat thing we did was 
personalize on "Dazzler" (I think this is the name) colored balloons. We took 
a Q-tip dipped in fingernail polish remover and 'painted' the name on the 
balloon. What happened is that it removed the color on the balloon and left 
just the clear shiny part of the balloon. It really looks great. This 
probably won't help you since you won't have enough time to order these, but 
maybe at another time.
