This actually works on any coloured foil balloon. Plain coloured hearts,
rounds, stars etc all react in the same way. It does look really good. You
can even sue nail polish remover on a cotton ball and dab it through a
stencil.

I'd forgotten about this method. Thanks for reminding me!!
