hi!  there's only one thing i can say here... NEVER EVER USE HYDROGEN in
your balloons.  they are highly explosive.  cheaper than helium since they
are easier to obtain but we have to take into consideration the safety of
our consumers here.

there are cases wherein hydrogen were used in parties and kids who get hold
of them accidentally hits the chandelier.  the balloon pops because of the
heat from the lights and the fire immediately passed through the rope that
holds the balloon.  the kid suffered from severe burn and in time died
because of it.

so, please don't use hydrogen.  if you can't obtain helium there, just use
air filled balloons in your decors.  they are nice and elegant as well if
done properly.
