To: "balloondeco@balloonhq.com" <balloondeco@balloonhq.com> Dear Friends : My company have 3 years in the balloon world, we have made several big events and we allways have been the only one which brings balloon decoration to the events. Last week one company that have worked with us several times during the last 2 years, asked to make a special decoration for their "final of year dinner", we took the contract and every thing was fine. but the new Human Resources Director commented Us that he was going to install a Santa Claus in order to have pictures of the sons of employees with Santa. When I arrived to start decorating I found that there were no any Santa, there was a Christmas tree Elaborated with balloons, that tree was horrible, it didn´t have 2 balloons of the same size, the persons were inflating the balloons with the mouth without any sizer !!!, I was very offended because I allways take a lot of care with my products and people will think that I made that monster !!, I have never been in that situation and I was going to cancel the contract. My wife (that is my partner in the balloons too) tell me that the horrible tree wasn´t important, that we should honor our contract. finally we install our decoration but I have news about that the next event in december 22 for the executives of the same company, the new director have contracted both decorators. Should I share the credit of my work with that person ?? I accept the credits and critics about my work, but I dont want that people think that one awfull work is mine, please give me some advice about your experience. Haroldo J. Gutiérrez Fiesta Time
