Bruce Walden CBA was the designer. It was IBAC 11. The red SOP arches were
some air filled and some helium filled with the latex balloons all at
various sizes. At that party Bruce described them to me as, "The Arches From
Hell" and they went throughout the "Hell" half of the ballroom from table
centre to table centre. A really good (messed up) arch look for this theme.
You'll need high ceiling for best effect.
