Being our 1st show, we can use all the help we >can get. Do you have any suggestions on how to prominently display our >company name? Or do you feel this is not as important? What has been your >experience? That can be handled a number of ways..... 1) Make sure you have good professional literature with your company name and contact info available for give away. 2) Make sure if showing your portfolio, it is well identified. 3) Your show coordinator should be providing you with a sign with your Company Name for display in your booth. 4) If you have a company sign, with logo (if not think of having one done for use in many different arenas) use it on an easel if applicable. 5) Don't forget the business cards! 6) Offer to donate a prize to be announced and awarded at the adjoining fashion shows. 7) If you build a balloon wall -- put your name up on it in between things or in front of your table. 8) Have a give away.........Balloon roses, wedding favors, etc. Thant should get you started.......... One thing though, these are brides and not corporate clients...... I personally feel the real "hook-in" with a bride is to show them what you can do for their most special day. Make'em remeber you that way......that'll get you the sale. Good luck! Let us know how it works out and what you do!
