Hey Laura,

Congrads on the deco!! It sounds beautiful. I hope that you took lots of pictures.

As far as your question goes, I always carry extra work (do to past situations) so that if there are any improvisions, it could be handled accordingly. When decorating, I have learned to do ONLY the work that was requested. If the work looks like it needs a little adjustment, I would then add a touch here and there. As far as there being extra tables & chairs to work on, if I generally have the customer (or their representative) at the site either at the beginning, ending or throughout the whole time (not standing there gawking at me either - - it's annoying). I would tell them the situation and if they agree to more deco and it could fit in the deco time frame, I would tell them the price. Depending the cost of the order, I generally give discounts with VERY large orders, therefore, after stating my price they would deliver right there (or at least by the end of my deco time frame) before I proceed. Some of my customers have ordered more at the last minute and they've p!
aid right then . . . therefore, it works for me.

Hope this works for you,
