Chris,

Think: crochet booties, lambs, crosses, Bible (opened book), scroll
w/scripture on it, white doves, baby's name and date

Maybe some of that neat Qualatex ribbon in a bow with the above mentioned.

Not a lot to go on, but maybe will spark some ideas.

Eventfully Yours!

		Subject:	Christening Ideas needed!

		Hi All!

I have a client who is looking for decor for her daughter's
Christening
Luncheon and I am completely stumped for ideas. I have
searched the
archives to no avail. I searched under baptisms,
communions, christenings,
but there were absolutely no ideas to be found.

Here's the problem. She doesn't want it to look cutesy (no
animal or clown
themes) and she would prefer to avoid using alot of balloons
if at all
possible. She has indicated that she would like the colours
to be gold &
cream, and she is interested in incorporating white lights,
tulle & ivy. On
the other hand, she doesn't want the affair to look like a
"Wedding". She
has requested decor for the guest book table, bonbonniere
table & 25 guest
		tables.

Does anyone have any ideas on how to go about making this
event focus on the
baby without looking like a Wedding Reception?

		Thanks for your help!
