Greetings, All:

Does anyone have some more current information about how to get the "Retail
Kit" from the Balloon Council in Washington, D.C.?  The email address and
telephone number that is given in the BalloonHQ archives doesn't appear to
be current.  I could snail mail the address that is given, but I don't know
if this council is still in existence and don't want to wait a week to find
that out.  Any assistance would be welcomed.  Thanks loads.
