Subject: paying with credit cards

Hi all, So I get this call yesterday on my business line and my husband
answers the phone(I'm at work). The lady ask if we accept credit cards, he
says NO! and she hangs up.  After yelling at my husband for not getting
additional information, taking a message and never to say NO, I was
wondering what I had to do in order to take credit card payments, who do I
contact and such.  I figure many people pay this way including myslef so
why not start somewhere.

P.S. My husband atleast answered the phone right, he said Not just
balloons.  Thank goodness....lol
