Theresa wrote asking who did the amazing eagle on IBAC's website. I'm
guessing the one she's referring to was created by Jim & Pat Skistimas.

Jim actually shows how the eagle was made on Balloon School Video #11 -
Balloon People. (Yeah, I know the eagle isn't a person but it uses similar
distortion techniques). It is an advanced sculpture so if you're up for it
