I am surprised that you would say that Wal-Mart wouldn't hire people for
this. Wal-Mart is a very big client of ours and not just one store but
several in our area. (5 stores to be exact)!
They all try to one up the other!
Just realize it will be for less (my non-profit rate) since they pay out of
petty cash and are usually decorating for charity events like Children's
Miracle Network!
