Deena- guess you like the eagle since you are from the Reelfoot lake area! ( 
a huge nesting spot for eagle's).  I think the one you are talking about was 
done by Jim and Pat Skitsmas- their website is http://www.bhdseventdecor.com

for the wal-mart event we did some columns hung from the ceiling with 16" 
toppers (bottomers?) on them for an event in a elevator manufacturing plant 
and they were good for over two weeks in that dusty environment.  I'm sure 
they would stay in great shape in a clean Wal-Mart.  I can send you a photo 
if you need but they were just basic air-filled garland with a 16" on the 
bottom and we made ours 3 different lengths to add interest and fill space.
