Subject: Delivery question

HI everybody!


Tomorrow I am doing an "out-of-town" delivery (the town is closer to me
than the other end of the city is!), however my client has no idea if
her recepients will be home or not- she has requested that I leave them
with the neighbours.  Since I have never run across this as of yet- what
do most of you do to notify the recipient that an arrangement has been
left for them at their neighbours?  A suggestion or two would be really
helpful!!!  Thanking all in advance.
