Hi Deli-
First of all, don't be afraid to ask, you would be providing them a
wonderful service. If they no, so what, you didn't have the account before
any ways. You haven't lost anything, and have hopefully gained some courage
and a thicker skin for next time. Your receive several "no's" for every
"yes".
As how to approach their current design, ask to speak to the manager and
mention you noticed their unusually creative window decor and how it really
caught your eye (true, yes?). You offer a product that is also unusually
creative and different, will definitely attract attention. Use your regular
QBN script about how the cost effectivness and versatility of balloons, etc.
One more thing before approaching the Gap, do a search on BalloonHQ for tips
on window decor using balloons. Seems to me there were a string of
responses and tips on this issue (similar to outdoor work depending which
direction the window faces).
Best of luck!
