greetings!  a few years ago, maybe 1998?, jan steel taught a class at IBAC
on giant balloons.  in her class she described a chinese lantern made from a
3' balloon.  i can't find my notes on this class.  does anyone remember how
to make it?  or have any other ideas for making a balloon chinese lantern?
