I'm sorry, my reply is probably to late for this delivery.  I do not like 
leaving balloon bouquets at a neighbors home.  I have done this before and 
found they do not always follow your instructions to keep them safe from 
popping.  Definitely, have them sign for the delivery and leave a note taped 
to the recipients door.   Also, call them and leave a recorded message on 
their answering machine incase the note falls and is not seen.  I told them 
there is a surprise waiting for you on your arrival home at your neighbors 
and give the address.  I hope this helps for the next time :o).
