I have a question for those of you who do balloon deliveries and would not 
mind sharing some information. On the QBN tape it suggests that you make the 
delivery a production. It also suggested that you sing or read a poem to the 
recipient. The question that I have is for those of you who provide this type 
of service, such as reading a poem, do you write the poem yourself or do you 
have use a book of poems that you use as a resource to fit the occasion. I 
look forward to hearing from anyone who would not mind sharing. I am looking 
into doing something like this.
