Subject: Balloon "Pearls" Garland

Hello Everyone,

I would like to do the balloon "Pearls" garland shown
in the new Qualatex Weddings brochure page 3.  What
I'm not sure of is how/what are the balloons attached
to.  I'm thinking monofilament, Dacron Line, balloon
strips or maybe something else.  I already have
purchased 5" balloons and plan on airfilling them and
attaching them to correct line in advance.  I'm also
wondering if I should use straight pins or T pins to
attach garland to table skirting.
I appreciate any advice and want everyone to know I
really enjoy reading this list.
