Hi! I am doing a decorating job for a bank grand opening that will be a 
nautical theme. Since I am so new, I am starting out small, for example: 
red/white/blue helium bouquets weighted with gold ships wheel paper weights.

I'd like to try a life preserver done in latex balloons, seems simple 
enough... white ring with red sections and add a nylon line... problem is, I 
really need a picture to show the customer. Any ideas? (or suggestions... 
she's leaning more towards using life preservers made of styrofoam rather 
than balloons....)

I'll also welcome any other nautical theme ideas anyone wishes to share!!
