Hi Trisha!

One way to do a simple backdrop is to make 5 columns at heights
reaching to a peak in the middle with 16" for toppers and then
tying them together forming a wall.  I helped The Balloon Genie
in Wichita, KS make one of these for a wedding.  We used a stand
for 3 of the columns.  Make the two end columns the same height,
then the inside 2 columns a foot taller and finally the center
column a foot taller yet.  It really turned out neat!  Good luck.
