We Hi Float balloons the night before or several hours before we deliver a large amount of balloons - 100 or more - and find that if the Hi Float is dry the balloons are actually less likely to pop. They aren't like glass once the stuff is dry. They have more give and when they are pushed close together or bounce against something, they don't explode as easily. If the Hi Float is wet, they seem to pop more easily. Hope this will help. Jeanne Cockcroft, CBA Balloon Designs by Jeanne 2844 E.
