<< Dear Dave,
When you deliver your balloons with the Hi Float, is the goop dry or
still wet? We Hi Float balloons the night before or several hours before
we deliver a large amount of balloons - 100 or more - and find that if the
Hi Float is dry the balloons are actually less likely to pop. They aren't
like glass once the stuff is dry. They have more give and when they are
pushed close together or bounce against something, they don't explode as
easily. If the Hi Float is wet, they seem to pop more easily.

    Hope this will help. >>

Well this response directly contradicts my theory. Does anyone from HiFloat
have any comment?
