I need help from everyone out there, please.  I need to come up with some
ideas for a Denny's grand opening next month that includes a ribbon cutting
ceremony.  Has anyone done a spiral (instead of using a ribbon) that when it
is cut in the middle, it becomes a balloon release, and if so, what size is
good?  They want something outside and more balloons in the inside.  Their
theme is from the 60's.  Any and all ideas welcome!  Thanks again for coming
to my rescue.
